Join us at Princes Square by M on Saturday 26 September, from 9:00am to 5:30pm, as we welcome Myeloma UK and its award-winning Know the Warning Signs campaign.
Visitors can speak with the Myeloma UK team, pick up information, and learn more about myeloma, an incurable but treatable blood cancer. Every day, 17 people are diagnosed with myeloma, making awareness of the symptoms more important than ever.
Common warning signs include fatigue, repeated infections, bone pain and easily broken bones. The campaign encourages people to recognise these symptoms and seek medical advice if something doesn’t feel right.
The team will also be sharing information about Myeloma UK’s Symptom Translator, a helpful resource designed to support clearer conversations with your GP.
