Launch Event Highlights

The opening night promises to be a special evening of reflection, creativity, and celebration.

About the Exhibition

Special. Beautiful. Proud. Resilient.

These are the words of Carolyn Hancock, Eilidh Wilson, Marie Fries, and Liz Thomas, four incredible women who bravely stepped in front of the camera after losing their hair during breast cancer treatment.

Each portrait goes beyond photography – it tells a story of courage, vulnerability, and empowerment. From the intimate moment of shaving their heads to embracing their raw, unfiltered beauty, these images capture strength in its purest form.

“It wasn’t just a picture, it was me, in all my rawness, my resilience, my vulnerability.” – Marie, featured in BOLD
